Insightly includes two reporting options:
- Advanced reports let you create custom tabular reports with charts based on fields and parameters that you choose. These powerful reports can be saved, shared, and—with a paid subscription plan—set up for scheduling and email alerts. The Insightly Reporting Guide lists all the articles that can help you customize your reports.
- Legacy reports provide a quick way to create opportunity and activity reports as you need them. They give you fewer report and filtering options to select from. To learn more about legacy reports, see our overview.
You can switch between the custom reporting and the basic reporting options by clicking the Legacy Reports/Advanced Reporting button on the Reports page.
