The Insightly Voice dialer must be open for you to receive calls. If it's not, all incoming calls will be sent to voicemail. You can review the missed call information in the Missed Calls list view. This is where you can listen to any voicemails left for you.
The dialer must be open for users to receive calls.
To answer phone calls:
- An alert will appear when there's an incoming call. Click OK.
- Click the green phone icon to answer the call. If the caller is a contact in Insightly, you'll see their name, phone number, and location.
- Click on the red phone icon to end the call.
All of the call information will be logged and transcribed straight into Insightly. There will be a short period after a call has ended before you receive another. This wrap-up time is to allow you to fill out call outcomes or notes about the call without being interrupted.
