With reports, you can identify all Insightly Voice calls that have been linked to an object.
- Go to Reports and select an object and activity report. You can use this for any type of object, but for this example, we will look at the Contact Activity Report.
- Click Add a Filter Row.
- Use the Filter By drop-down menu to filter by activity type. Use the Operator drop-down menu and select equal to.
- Type "call" into the Value field. Click Add.
- The report will be populated by any calls linked to records of the object type.
