You can review any of the audio recordings made during Insightly Voice calls in your Phone records. You can enable and disable call recording at any time.
To review your call recordings:
- Click the Phone tab.
- Select a record.
- Scroll down to the transcript section of the record. Click the play button to listen to the recorded audio.
