Error: Insightly email access permissions not yet granted

The Insightly Gmail Gadget will be retired on August 1st, 2018. All Gmail users can now use the Insightly Add-on for Gmail.

This error has to do with permissions either within Insightly or Google Apps. There may be 2 solutions to this error:

  1. You need to add those users into Insightly itself before they can use the gadget. You can add users to Insightly under System Settings > Users. Just choose their name from the Add Google Apps User list, then click on the Add User button.
  2. If you have a Google Apps Insightly account you may have IMAP access disabled for yourself, or for your whole domain, which is why our gadget cannot save emails from your mailbox (we use IMAP to retrieve the email).
