How to delete data

Deleting individual records

1. Open the record you would like to delete.
2. Click the Actions menu.
3. Select the Delete... option.

   

4. Read the warnings on the next page and click the button to confirm.

   

Deleting files

Files are either uploaded to Insightly directly or attached to emails that have been saved to Insightly. If you delete an email, its file attachments will also be deleted.

It's not possible to delete files in bulk, so here is how you find them and delete them one at a time:

1. Go to the Home tab, click Activity Type, and select Files.
   
2. Click the file title to access the record containing the file. This will take you to the record's Related subtab.
   
3. Click the three dot menu next to the filename and select Delete This File.
