Available languages for the Insightly website are listed at the bottom of the User Settings page. While the Insightly website and mobile apps are available in multiple languages, the Insightly Sidebar, email communications, and notifications will not have the same options.
Configuring your language
To change your preferred language:
- Click the User Settings from the profile menu.
- Scroll down to Language Setting and click the list to select your language.
Updating categories and other settings for multilingual use
Insightly enables you to create your own custom fields, tags, and categories. If your company has a mix of people who speak different languages, a good practice is to make these texts bilingual.
For example, if you create a category called Meeting for tasks, an English/Spanish version of this would be Meeting/Reunión.
