Getting help and support with Insightly

Online support for all users

All users, including users on our free plan, have access to the resources here at the Insightly Help Center. These include:

  • Our official help articles for training, guidance, and troubleshooting tips.
  • Tutorial videos to help you learn about Insightly features.
  • community of Insightly users and experts to offer assistance and share information and best practices.
  • Webinar recordings for longer, in-depth video tours from our Customer Success team.

Chat support is not available, and users on the Free plan do not have access to email support.

Email support for customers on paid plans

Customers with paid Insightly subscriptions can contact us through our ticketing system to receive email support. Support is provided from 8 am to 4 pm, Pacific time, Monday through Friday.

To submit a support ticket:

  1. Sign in to the Help Center using the link at the top of the page. This is not your Insightly login. If you don't have a Help Center account, create one using the same email address you use with Insightly.

  2. Click Submit a request and enter the subject and description of the issue. You may also attach files to your request.

  3. After submitting your request, you'll receive an automated email confirmation with your ticket number. The Insightly Customer Care team will research your issue and follow up with you via email.

Success Programs for Phone and Priority Support

Our Customer Success team offers professional services to assist new customers in setting up their accounts, 1-on-1 training, and onboarding. Success Programs with phone support and priority services are offered for an additional fee with an annual subscription. See the PDF document on our Success Program page for more information.
