Getting help and support with Insightly

Online support for all users

All users, including users on our free plan, have access to the resources here at the Insightly Help Center. These include:

  • Our official help articles for training, guidance, and troubleshooting tips.
  • Tutorial videos to help you learn about Insightly features.
  • community of Insightly users and experts to offer assistance and share information.
  • Webinar recordings when you have more time for in-depth video tours from our Customer Success team.

Insightly doesn't provide phone support or chat support, and we don't provide email support to users on the free plan.

 

Email support for customers on paid plans

Customers with paid Insightly subscriptions can contact us through our ticket system to receive email support. Support is provided from 8 am to 4 pm, Pacific time, Monday through Friday.

To submit a support ticket:

  1. Sign in to Insightly Support using the link at the top of the page. (If you don't have an Insightly Support account, create one using the same email address you use to log in to Insightly.)

  2. Click Submit a request and enter the subject and description of the issue, and then select the issue type and emotional state. You may also attach files to your request.

  3. After submitting your request, you'll receive an automated email confirmation with your ticket number. The Insightly Customer Service team will research your issue and follow up with you via email.

Professional fee-based services

Our Customer Success team offers professional services to assist new customers in setting up their accounts, getting 1-on-1 training, and onboarding. These services are provided to all customers for a fee. See our list of services and prices for more information.
