Once you've purchased Insightly Voice licenses, administrators will need to choose which users will receive them. If a user is not given a license, they will not be able to access the dialer.
To assign a license:
- Go to System Settings > User List.
- Select a user from the list.
- Click Edit User.
- Under Product User Licenses, you will see the licenses available on your account. Check the box next to CRM Voice.
- Click Save User Details.
