Adding Prospects to email test Lists

Email test Lists are used to send an Email to your coworkers that you intend to send out to your Prospects later.

Sending the Email through your test List first gives you and anyone on the List the opportunity to review the formatting and accuracy of an Email before it goes out to Prospects.

For example, you might have a big sale coming up. Once you have your email template created, you can send it to your email test List to make sure everything appears as it should in their inbox.

The Prospects included on this List must have accounts in Insightly - if the Prospect is not a user, they cannot appear as an option for this List.

To add Prospects to an email test List:

  1. Go to the List section and open the email test List. Click the Prospects tab.
  2. Click Add/Remove Prospects.

  3. Select a user from the list and add them using the right facing arrow.

  4. When you're finished adding users, click Save.
