How to create a Folder and a Subfolder

Folders are used to organize many of your Marketing records. These records should be assigned a Folder as you create them. If you don't choose a Folder, they will be placed in the Uncategorized Folder.

Objects that need to be assigned a Folder:

  • Journeys
  • Emails
  • Lists
  • Email Templates

Folders can be nested into other Folders, up to 6 Folders deep.

To create a Folder or a Subfolder:

  1. Go to Folders. Click New Folder.
  2. Give your Folder a name.
  3. Select a parent folder from the dropdown if needed.
  4. Click Save.
