Folders are used to organize many of your Marketing records. These records should be assigned a Folder as you create them. If you don't choose a Folder, they will be placed in the Uncategorized Folder.
Objects that need to be assigned a Folder:
- Journeys
- Emails
- Lists
- Email Templates
Folders can be nested into other Folders, up to 6 Folders deep.
To create a Folder or a Subfolder
- Go to Folders. Click New Folder.
- Give your Folder a name.
- Select a parent folder from the dropdown if needed.
- Click Save.
