Insightly administrators can set a default email address to automatically populate the sender field of any Emails created. This is useful if you repeatedly use the same email address to correspond with your Prospects.
When you set the default sender email address, you will still be able to edit the sender field when creating an Email.
To set a default sender for Emails:
- Go to System Settings > Default Email Sender.
- Enter the Sender's Name. This is what will appear to your Prospects.
- Enter your Sender Email Address.
- Click Save Settings.
