After a Prospect has filled out and submitted a Form, you can review their activity through the Form Submission Report.
By default, the report includes:
- Form Handler Name
- Form Submission ID
- Visitor ID
- Prospect Name
- Database Action
- Date of Submission
- Visitor IP Address
- Referrer
- Form Data
To view the report:
- Go to Reports > Form Reports.
- Select Form Handler Report.
- Click a Form Handler Name.
- Add or remove any fields that are relevant. Update the Report Filters and Parameters if necessary.
- Click Save or Run Report.
