Form Submission Report

After a Prospect has filled out and submitted a Form, you can review their activity through the Form Submission Report.

By default, the report includes:

  • Form Handler Name
  • Form Submission ID
  • Visitor ID 
  • Prospect Name 
  • Database Action
  • Date of Submission
  • Visitor IP Address
  • Referrer
  • Form Data

To view the report:

  1. Go to Reports > Form Reports.
  2. Select Form Handler Report.
  3. Click a Form Handler Name.
  4. Add or remove any fields that are relevant. Update the Report Filters and Parameters if necessary.
  5. Click Save or Run Report.
