Business Card Scan not working?

Hi,

I'm currently on day 10 of my Insightly CRM Trial, and was also testing the Business Card Scan feature yesterday from my iPhone. 

It shows, that I have 25 scans available. I scanned two cards yesterday, which were apparently submitted successfully. But I never received an email confirmation, nor did the new Contacts show up in the CRM.

Is the Business Card Scan feature not available during the trial period?

    Business card scanning is available during the trial. Can you check if the email may have gone into your spam folder? I'll do some additional testing and follow up. :)

  • Hi Nora, thanks for looking into this. I did not receive any scan notification in the spam folder. I tried scanning the cards again, and there is still no email, and neither do the contacts or leads show up in Insightly. The cards are fine, as they scan successfully in Evernote.
