I am new to Insightly - using the free trial to determine suitability for our purpose.
I'm sure this question may have been raised before but being new l have not found a solution to this issue yet.
I have sent four emails from Insightly, to the same contact (that has been created and linked to its organisation).
I have attached a document with two screenshots.
1. In my Sent Emails l can see all 4 emails that have been sent to TEST Contact
2. When l go to my Contact - TEST Contact and check Emails there is only record of 2 emails being sent.
Kindly advise what is happening here as l expect all four emails to be visible in the Contact - TEST Contact email tab
