Mobile app not syncing

Mobile app had been syncing.  It no longer is.  I have background refresh turned on; so I should have latest version of app installed.

    The iOS was updated to version 3.17.2 this week. Can you check to see that this is the version you are on?

  • Hello Regi,

    Insightly data will only refresh on your mobile device if you log out properly (using the Log Off menu item), then log back in. Or, you can manually refresh your data. Scroll to the top of any category (contacts, organizations, etc.), touch the screen and swipe downward. You'll see a brief message that the data is refreshing.
