Emails only get added to Insightly if you To email, not if you CC or BCC

Hello.

 

When uploading emails to Insightly, I have always bbc'd in my Insightly email.  However, I noticed they stopped getting added back in October.  Doing some testing, they get added if the address is added in TO Line, but not CC or BCC line.  PLease advise.

  • Hi Andrew,

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. When you use the BCC field, some email applications don't expose enough information for Insightly to save the message or link it properly. The CC field should definitely work. Would it be ok for me to send you a test email and cc your Insightly email?

    Can you provide a screenshot of the header on how you are forwarding emails to Insightly?
