E-mail body not displayed

Dear Insightly,

I seem to be experiencing similar behavior as indicated at https://support.insight.ly/hc/en-us/community/posts/207842198-Mail-body-is-not-displayed and https://support.insight.ly/hc/en-us/community/posts/211605507-the-email-body-disappeared?input_string=E-mail%20body%20not%20displayed

In my case unfortunately clearing the browser cache does not solve the issue.
Disabling my adblocker or using another browser does not solve it either.

This happens with both my own e-mails and shared e-mails.

Using Safari 10 on a Mac.

Please assist, thank you!

    "Insightly was unable to display the contents of this email"

    There was a reported issue with Amazon servers that is affecting some functions within Insightly.

    Our development team is aware of this and are looking into a resolution. As soon as we have an update I'll be sure to update this thread.

  • Email body is visible for my client; I think I am missing all forwarded emails to CRM since the AWS servers came down thought. I can just re-forward them.

  • I can now see the message body for e-mails that were previously present in Insightly again, which is nice!

    However, it looks like there's an issue with the Insightly mailbox system, forwards to the special '@mailbox.insight.ly' do not get delivered. The mail server that is trying to forward my messages show the following message:

    (host mailbox.insight.ly[204.94.91.231] said: 452 4.2.2 Mailbox full (in reply to RCPT TO command))

    Looks like there's still an issue with the mailbox system at mailbox.insight.ly?

  • Messages are now properly delivered after being forwarded to my '@mailbox.insight.ly' mailbox. Issue resolved!

  • Our organization is running into the same problem. We discover occasional email messages that we've saved to Insightly that now say : "Insightly was unable to display the contents of this email"

    These are all messages sent across from Outlook, using the Outlook / Insightly plug-in. Some of the messages are HTML, others are RTF. Unable to find some common trait that the "invisible" messages share.

    Any ideas on how to resolve this greatly appreciated!
