We can't login?

Hi anyone,

 

Please help we can't login anymore and find no contact of insighlty team to report to, could any one help us?

    Yikes! What error message are you getting when you attempt to log in?

    Those on a paid account can reach our Support Team by clicking the button to Submit a Request at the top of the page. If you're on a paid account and do not see this, you'll want to be sure you've logged into the Support Site using the email address on your paid account.  I've also removed your email address for your privacy.

  • Where is this "submit a request button" ? 15 different blogs have told me its as simple as clicking on this button yet its nowhere to be found.  Not sure why you don't have a phone number for paying customers.

    If you are on a paid plan you want to be logged into Help Center using the same email address you log into you account with. This way you can see all the features that your plan provides. 

    I see that our Support Team has responded to you in your ticket #162267. You're in great hands :)

  • Can someone please reach out to me directly.  It's been over 2 hours and there has been zero progress. I haven't even had a chance to ask my question which is the reason Im here in the first place.

    Can you check your spam or junk folders for a response to you in ticket#162267? I see that Leslie replied to you with options for getting additional training. I will also have her resend the response to you :)
