changing account

Dear Ms/Mr,

We have used Insightly for 6 month with our sales team of 10 people. Since a few people are working with it - for internal reasons and priorities - we decided to use Insightly for the time being with only 2 users.

Normally this is free of costs but in Billing & Account we will be billed for $30 a month. How can we change back to the free account?

  • Hi Peter,

    To downgrade from a paid plan to our Free plan, you'll want to first make sure you're within the limits of a Free Plan:

    • No more than 2 Users
    • No more than 5 Email Templates
    • No more than 10 Custom Fields (2 per record type)
    • No more than 2,500 records (Check your Recycle Bin for records too.)
    • No more than 200mb storage

    Then once you're within your limits, submit a ticket to our Support team, so we can assist in downgrading your subscription.
