Re-Sorting forwarded emails

 It appears that under contacts, emails are sorted in the order they are received, not according to the timestamp on the email. Is this correct? Is there a way to edit this so emails are in the correct sequence?

  • Hi Miles,

    This is currently as designed. Due to timezone differences, we look at the date and time an email was saved to Insightly, not necessarily when an email was sent or received in your email inbox. Our engineering team explains why in a little more detail in our FAQ article here
