My emails are going to my clients spam

I have imported 400 plus contacts. I started doing some test emails and 98% of the emails have gone to spam with this message. If this is common, then the platform is useless and I have just wasted time adding the contacts. Please tell me there is a solution.

Why is this message in Spam? We've found that lots of messages from netorg1745135.onmicrosoft.com are spam. Learn more

  • Hi Ryan,

Unfortunately, as mentioned here Insightly can't control the server settings for spam since each can be different. A suggestion would be to have one of your clients check in with their email provider and network administrator, as the message is likely being blocked at a higher level. This can sometimes happen due to email system restrictions or when usernames or aliases have been changed. Their email provider wouldl be able to find where the message is being routed and help get them on the right track.

  • Actually, Insightly CAN control this to a point.

It starts with making sure that there is virtually NO SPAM sent from your servers.

Each mail source is ranked by mail servers. You have an obligation to work with companies (like Google) to do everything you can to minimize impact on your customers.

Any description of this I try to make is going to sound stupid. I'm not a server level email guy (and based on your response either are you). :)

Zoho went through this not too long ago. They had to repair a lot of damage with a lot of companies to get their domains trusted again. It comes with the territory offering free accounts.

  • I am having the same issue. However our domain changed from b@portablesolarllc.com to bavna@Sol-Ark.com can you see anything in my e-mail address that might be sending stuff to spam? My webmaster could not.
