Android contacts sync

 Hello

- I am on the free version ==> I do not have the Google sync feature.

If I create a contact in Insightly, this contact is not sync in any way with my adress book on my phone (Android). Therefore when the contact calls, it is not recognised (no caller identification).

Is there a way to automatically push the contacts created within Insighty to my phone adress book (at least the phone number) so that they would be recognised when calling ?

Thanks for helping

  • Hi PAC,

    Unfortunately, there isn't a way to push your Insightly Contact to appear when an inbound call is made on your phone. I apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Hi PAC,

    I think you can do this with Zapier for free. If you want to sync your Insightly Contact records use PieSync.

  • Thanks Micah, very good pick.

    1) I am now synchronising my goggle contacts (used as the master) with insightly thanks to Zapier

    2) and my google contacts are also sync on my phone

    ==> the loop is closed

    Still need to tune Zapier but 90% is done (and could be enough)
