"Organization Updated" emails

Our team is receiving "Organization Updated" emails when we haven't been making any changes. One of my colleagues received one saying I had made changes when I hadn't even logged into Insightly yet this morning.

  • Hi Megan,

    We recently updated our notifications and auto-forwarding settings, which may be why you're getting these notification emails.  With the update, linking emails to a record (by sending an email to your Insightly Mailbox address, for example) counts as a Record Update.

    You can adjust your notification settings to meet your needs from your User Settings > Notifications system.

  • Hi Megan, I'm gonna take over for Dan if that's ok :)

    The notifications are personalized on the User level. This does mean each of the users in your account will need to make the updates on their own User Settings.
