Storage Limit Reached--Why?

I should have 1GB of storage with my current plan and I am under that, but the system is showing that I have a 200MB limit and I am 3 times over that.  Can you please look into this?

  • Hi there Joel, sorry to hear you're having trouble with this.

    We are seeing a couple hiccups with Storage Limits and other paid features. Not to worry your data is still there and we are working on this for you. We will update you through this thread once we have more information. Apologies for the inconvenience.
