Email Templates

 

I am having a problem creating emails from templates.  I used to be able to do this with no problem but today I started having this issue.

When I select the template, the data is not pulling into the form correctly.

The subject is blank and the body has no text, only the signature.

  • I'm having the same issue, except when I hit the preview button to check the email, it sent them all with no body and no attachments! I've just sent a whole bunch of leads nothing, except my name and email signature. Not happy.

  • I am still having the problem.  I tried Chrome and Internet Explorer and still get the same results.  I also cleared my browser cache.  What's the status on this problem?  When will someone contact me?  I was supposed to send out my email notifications days ago.

  • Hi Lisa,

    Our Engineering team is currently working on this issue.  We'll let you know in this thread as soon as we have an update from them.

    In the meantime, you can work around this issue by following these steps:

    1. Create a new email and select the desired email address
    2. Refresh the view using a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5 for Windows, Command + Shift + R for Apple).  This will correct the display issue.

    That should correct the display and allow you to send your emails without further issue while we work on a proper solution. :)

  • I too am having issue with scheduling emails,I wrote out an email to a contact ,but was not able to add an attachment

    then i saved email because the attachment option was below body of email but would not let me scroll down

    so i saved email ,but now can not find it and am still not able to add attachment it worked LAST WEEK but not now 

     

    There is a blue circle and loading bar that continues to display 

    It is not my internet since other things are working 

    please help

  • Hi Frank,

    Typically, if you've encountered an issue where a webpage has gotten "hung-up" and is not fully processing, the best solution is to refresh the page and try again.  At that point, continuing to wait for it to finish loading will not help, as there is an error (usually packet loss) which is preventing it from finishing the request.

    Have you been encountering this issue on multiple emails, or just the one pictured?
