Mobile App (Android) Not Logging Calls

We need to track when calls are made via the mobile app so that we have a record of customer contact.  The app properly launches the dialer and the calls are made, but there seems to be no automatic logging of the call.  Is there a setting I missed somewhere?

Also, there seems to be no sharing of contact data between Insightly and the Android contacts pool, or again is this a setting I missed somewhere?

    There isn't a feature to log a phone call that's been made. There is the option to record a note or we've seen users create a note for meetings and calls. You may also want to check out the Ideas & Suggestions page to see if this has been submitted by another user and add your vote. If you don't find it, you can add a new thread :)

  • HI Lyla, We're aware that this feature is now available on the Insightly App, however the pop-up button to log the call isnt working on an Andriod system. We tested this on the iPhone, which works fine. Can you please advise how to ensure the feature works on a Samsung? Thanks!
