Reports not working

Anyone else having issues with reports?  I can't even get the tab to open - the system just times out.

  • Hi Leah,

    Are you having slowness issues in any other system, or just when you attempt to access the reporting system?  Also, are you using Windows 10?

  • All other aspects of Insightly have been working fine all morning, as well as all of my other Google programs.  I just tried it again and now it works.  Odd!  Not running Windows 10.

  • Interesting...could you let us know if you encounter this again so we can troubleshoot it further?  It's possible that it was a simple momentary connection issue, but it's always best to be sure! :)
