Multi user not accessing same information

we have 4 users in on gsuite domain, some users can access insightly data, tasks contacts and calendars some cant, how do I ensure that all the domain users are logging in to the same data set in insightly.

  • Hi Jonathan,

    First, you'll want to make sure they are logging into the correct account via the G Suite login. Sometimes users create a second account trying to login via a non-Google account.

    Also, if you want all users to see all data, be sure to check your permissions settings.

    I think there is some of that going on, but how do I check ?

    What can I do to ensure that one user who is the administrator of the gsuite domain logs in to the correct dataset ?

    You may want to inquire with your administrator how they're logging in.How you log in to Insightly will depend on if you connected your account.
