Can't log into Insightly mobile app with Gsuite

My Insightly account is set up through Gsuite. When I log into Insightly on my desktop I click the "Login with Gsuite" which allows me to log-in.

I downloaded the mobile app on my iPhone and when I click the link to "Login with Gsuite" I get an error message:

403 Error: disallowed_useragent

This user-agent is not permitted to make an OAuth authorization request to Google as it's classified as an embedded user-agent.

Can someone advise how I am able to log into the app? I tried typing in my email and password for my gsuite account and it won't let me log in that way and prompts me to log in via Gsuite.

  • Hi Kyle,

    This is a known issue that our Engineering team is currently working on resolving.  Unfortunately there's no way to access the Mobile App at this time if you are encountering this error message, but you can still access your Insightly account by logging into the Web App from your phone.

    Our Engineering team believes they should have this issue resolved in the next few days, and we'll make sure to update this thread as soon as that update has been released.  Thank you so much for your patience during this process! :)
