Trouble logging in

I am having an issue logging in - I have a company email address that is to be used with Insightly yet both the app and the webpage login's are forcing my google email address as default.

  • I have a second free account and I have to hit the "Forgot your password" link every time I want to log-on.  It is not recognizing my e-mail address and password for the 2nd account even though both are different from my 1st account.

    It looks like you're logged into our Help Center under an email address that isn't affiliated with an Insightly account. I'm going to reach out to you directly to help get this sorted out in a private setting. Keep an eye on your inbox for a separate email from Insightly :)
