Employee Relations not linking

I'm not sure if this is similar to what was being discussed with the "related project" issue.

I am unable to see related employees under an organization.  For example, I created a new contact, linked them to an organization and gave their title.  Now if I go to the organization under related, the contact is not there.  I have done this twice now.  

Also, for some reason, I can't do a search of the new contact.  Using the new platform I have tried to run a search with partial, full and record id with no luck.  I added a tag to the person and it does not show up with the other linked to the tag.

  • Update:  It looks like the linking via tag is working.  It may have been an issue on my end, I'm not sure.  However, any new contacts I add today will not appear via search.  All contacts from yesterday do appear. Yesterday's contact where added the same way with the new platform.

  • I am having the same challenge. I created a new organization and then went to create a new contact to link to that organization. However, the organization I just created would not show up in the drop down bar as an organization that I could link to the contact I was creating.

    I ended up creating the contact without an organization and then tryied to link them to the already created organization but still the organization would not show up in the drop down and simiallry, the newly vreated contact would not show up in the search either.

     

    Oddly enoguh both the organization and the contact do have records though that I can access from the "recent items" dropdown but they do not show in the search results.

  • I'm not sure if it is related, but I just tried to export to csv a list of the new contacts I added and NONE of the new contacts that were entered with the new platform show their Organization or Role.  I checked a couple of contacts from yesterday and they show the title and organization in Insightly.
