"Problem with your current filter" cannot enter mail section anymore

I cannot access the email section of the system anymore it tells me:
"There was a problem with your current filter, we are reverting you back to full list view" and I see recent activity page.
This is quite blocking issue as I cannot process synchronized mails anymore.
