Login Issues Since New Release
Ever since we installed the new Insightly release we have had issues logging in. Each time we have to log in twice. Insightly.com takes us to what looks like the old log in screen, and after we enter our user name and password we are taken to a second screen and asked to log in again. Over the weekend we were not able to log in at all after it asked us to go through a security captcha again and again without success.

Users on the New Insightly CRM can log in direclyt using this link: https://crm.na1.insightly.com. We also recommend bookmarking this page so it's easier for you to log in. If you still need assistance logging in, please let us know.

We had a recent update to address this, can you trying clearing your browser cache then attempting the login?
I have the same issue since switching my team to the new UI. Our custom Insightly URL no longer works, it redirects to the new login screen. It's not a cache issue, and all my company users are affected... we have Insightly set as a default Chrome Tab for all users.
