Import stuck

Hi,

My lead import(s) are stuck, when it gets to the Import File Mapping stage it just sits there and Chrome says "processing request" in the status bar at the bottom.

Could you clear the queue please?

I'm asking on behalf of a client, so this email address is not the right one.

  • Hi all,

    It looks like the issue was being caused by Robin's import file having multiple tabs (also known as sheets).  Insightly's import system only supports importing one sheet at a time.
