Android app not syncing

It is missing a lot of organizations and contacts.  Tried uninstalling / reinstalling.  I'm on 3.0.1

  • Hey Bob,

    If you're having issues with some of your organizations and contacts not appearing your account, can you try manually resyncing your records by going to Settings > Sync Now.

  • Sorry...I should have mentioned I tried that before uninstalling / reinstalling.  I also tried logging out & in a couple times.  Any other suggestions?

    It looks like the current version of the Android app is higher than the version you're running.  Are you able to install the current version (3.20.01) on your mobile device?

  • Actually, that was a typo earlier.  I'm definitely on 3.20.1.
