Account limit

Hi

to my user i have got two Insightly accounts connected:

one Basic 5 users@15$/user/month (75$/Month) max storage 1Gb

one Started 6 users@29$/month max storage 6Gb

My questions

1- my Basic plan account just went to max storage (1GB) althought when i checked files stored (list of files report), total size is 100MB. how is that?

2- its unfair what we are paying for the Basic pack can't we switch to the Strater pack?

     You may also want to look at any files that are in your Recycle Bin. Deleted records are stored here for 30 days or until removed. Also any emails that are stored in your account will include attachments as files automatically. This is a setting found in each User's settings.

    The Starter Plan is a legacy plan that is no longer available. If you'd like to speak with someone from our Sales Team for options, we'll be happy to put you in touch.
