Calendar Bug

After I go to a future month to make an adjustment to an event and press save, the calendar automatically reverts to the current month, not the month in which I was just making the change. In my opinion, this is a bug. Once I press save, it should stay in the month in which I was working.

  • Hello Stella,

    Sorry to hear that.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with that. It sounds like your issue could be related to your web browser.

To check if it’s the browser, can you try accessing the page with a different browser than the one you have been using? We recommend Firefox or Chrome and make sure that you've updated your browsers to the latest available version.

If it works in another browser, I suggest logging out of all accounts, clearing the original browser’s cache, then signing back in to see if that resolves the problem. Here are the instructions for how to clear your cache; we've included instructions for all popular browsers, so regardless of which browser you use, we've got you covered:

    Chrome
    Firefox
    Microsoft Edge

I hope that helps. If not, let us know which operating system and browsers you've tried and we'll continue to investigate. Any additional details about the steps you're taking will also help us troubleshoot for you.

  • Hi.

    Thanks for your reply.

It's exactly the same in Edge, as well as the other problem of defaulting to today's date in month mode even though you click a future date to create an event. I usually use Chrome and regularly clear my cache. i'm sure it's not the cache. My colleagues have the same problem and use a range of different browsers. See my post earlier today bringing the two together.

  • Hello Stella,

Yes, I have confirmed this is actually working as intended. I understand how staying on the same page can be helpful. The post you posted in our Ideas & Suggestions page is very helpful for us. This will allow your fellow users to vote and comment on the idea, too.

In general, the more activity a request receives, the more likely it is to be considered for implementation.

    Thanks for your understanding.
