Contacts Export Missing Organization Name/Title
Attempting to export all contacts to csv. The file includes all my contacts and their data EXCEPT for organization name and title/role. When I export smaller lists (<1000 or so), this does not occur. Any way to correct for this so I can export all?

In the meantime, could you try exporting a subset of data to see if that pulls the information correctly? (please see image below)

This issue only seems to occur with the larger pulls. I can't be entirely certain where the cutoff is, but it seems that once I try to pull more than 1,000 contacts at a time is when this happens. When I've pulled lists of less than 1,000 contacts, the Org name and Title/role is intact in the export.

We have been having the same issue for 2 weeks. After lots of testing, it has nothing to do with list size, it is when the contact was added.
Every contact we have added since the user interface change doesn't pull job title or company, this happens for .csv, vcard and sync actions (Mailchimp, Zapier, etc).
It completely breaks the CRM, I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a response.
I was going to export a .csv to show the issue, but exports do not seem to be working at all at the moment (not coming through to email).
We've only just signed up, so I can't so how it worked before. Smaller exports do seem to include all the data.
Are your exports working today? Ours have stopped working altogether today. Customer for 2.5 years now and this has never happened, but not end of errors last 2 weeks.
Just tried to export a very small list (63 contacts) for a mailing and only 4 contacts included the organization name. I sorted by DateCreated and DateUpdated, and this does not appear to explain why the 59 other contacts did not contain organization information in my case.
I'm trying to decide whether to upgrade to paid subscription for my company. This kind of thing does not make it a difficult decision.
Now it's happening whether I export all contacts or any subset of contacts. So now I can't even save a complete backup file because the backup file is not complete.
Smaller exports do export org name & title, this issue only appears to pertain to larger exports. It sounds like you may be experiencing a different (though possibly related) issue.
Until they fix the glitch, I was able to get the list I needed exported (with complete information) by creating a personal report.

I take that back, unfortunately. It works for a larger set of records, but not for a full record export. It looks to work for a few thousand at a time, but not a full contact export.
If this is helpful to anyone else, here is the response I received from support:
"To have the Organization and Role exported, you'll want to add your Organization and Role to the Related tab as a Related link.
You may see your Primary Organization in the related tab, we recently added these here on the request on some of our users. But, you do need the Related link in order to pull this data. Related links will have 3 dots next to them. See attached screenshot.

Having to relate individually contacts to an organization is not efficient. Has there been a work around?

at present, the above comment by Kyle is the correct way to do this. Insightly fully understands how import this feature is and is working on improving these processes. While we do not have an exact date it is in our sights as a feature update.
