Awards and Gamification

I think it will be very awarding and reinforcing personal development to have awards after completing tasks. Maybe even a global challenge is an idea.

Like in Samsung health every time you reach a small goal like burning calories, walking or exercising for a certain amount of time you get an award.

And what do you think about getting yourself rewards vs getting rewards from others like converting a lead or a project from an opportunity?

  • Add to that awards for completing training exercises and tutorials to encourage and reward continuous learning and self development.  Further when "Insightly training activities" are completed they can show as finished tasks and show on the Activity Log.
