Scheduled emails not working

I scheduled about 65 Emails to be sent out this morning (Monday at 11 AM ET). It appears that none have been actually sent. They are still just sitting in the scheduled tab, showing that 40 Minutes has elapsed since the emails were scheduled to be sent.

Am I doing anything wrong?

    Do you have an example you can provide a scheduled email that has not sent for you? A screenshot will help if possible.
