PandaDoc (un/re-installing question)

PandaDoc is not loading from inside the Insightly Contact (even though I have PandaDoc open and signed in already) I was advised to uninstall then reinstall.... I can't wait another 24 hrs for the answer to this simple question so asking here too:

Will an uninstall then reinstall wipe out all of our tokens?

This too would be a huge time waist for me this week. 

Someone please help before Monday. :(
