Custom Field Multiselect dropdown does not appear

Hi,

When creating a new custom field, I am not given the option of a Multiselect dropdown.  Please advise?

Firefox browser, logged in for the first time about a week ago.

    The reason why you do not have the multi-select dropdown option is that you are currently using an out of date version of Insightly.

     

    The latest version of Insightly comes with a number of enhancements that we hope help make it easier to use Insightly and review your data. To learn more about what's new, please click here.

     

    Any admin can switch to the new view layout by going to System Settings > Switch your team to the new Insightly User Experience. From there tick off the box and save your settings. You'll be logged out and prompted to log in with our new log in page.

    Keep in mind that if you login via G Suite we recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling the Insightly app within your G Suite Marketplace apps. This will help ensure that the widget/app directs you to the correct URL of this interface.

     

    Finally, please note: Once you switch between Insightly Classic and the New Insightly Experience, you will not be able to switch back to the Classic version.
