Help with G-Suite - says we have a second instance?

Hi,  I've inherited this instance of Insightly from previous employees.  Trying to turn on the G-Suite and getting this error message

 

The G Suite domain name tcrafthomes.com is already in use by a different Insightly instance. Please delete the instance first to continue the conversion.

 

How do I find this old instance of Insightly?  How do I delete it?    No clue how to go about this.  Can't find anything in the knowledgebase.
