Tip for creating and uploading pipelines
Because a company can have anywhere between 5 and 50 pipelines, we like to outline them on a spreadsheet before we upload them into Insightly. We create a spreadsheet where each tab is a new pipeline. For each pipeline we identify what tasks apply, who will do it, when, what category it's under and any details that needed to be included with the task, including video training links, document links, etc. Then we divide the pipeline into activity sets. Vetting things out on a spreadsheet makes uploading pipelines into Insightly SO much easier. :) I hope this helps!
