  • Hi Peter,

Oh no. I'm sorry you're unable to log in. :( It sounds like you have two accounts which means you need Customer Support assistance. I checked with Support and they are alerted to your situation, can see your ticket, and will respond as soon as they can. Thanks for your patience!

  • Hi Sim!

I show you have a Non Google App account and not an Insightly Google App account. Can you share a screenshot of the message you are receiving?

When signing up for Insightly, you are presented with two options: Registering for Insightly for Google Apps or registering for an Insightly account which isn't connected to Google, a Non Google App account. These accounts cannot be merged or connected due to the security permissions required to connect to Google, and those permissions can only be established when creating an Insightly account.

Here's how to log in to your non-Google Insightly account:

    1) Go to Insightly.com and click on the gray Login button in the upper right or enter your Insightly URL.  The URL can be customized by an Insightly administrator under System Settings > Insightly URL.
    2) Enter your email address and password.

  • Hi Alejandro:

I'm seeing that you were removed from your Non-Google Apps account. An Admin in your Insightly account will need to add you as a user so you can access Insightly.

  • Hi Sums:

I took a peek into your account and see that you haven't completed your registration yet. I recommend that you contact your Insightly Admin (Yee Yang 'Square' Lee) to have your invite resent to you. Once you complete registration you should be able to log in without any error messages :)

  • Hi Brenda!

You seen to have the same issue that Sums had. As Lyla recommended above, contact your Insightly Admin Caizza Guillermo and have him resend you the invite so you can access the account.

*Our Community is a public forum so all information is available for our entire community to access. I have removed your email address from your post. :)

  • Hi Brad,

I would suggest speaking with your Insightly Account Admin, Les to verify if he can help. He would need to review System Settings > Users.

  • When I got in the first time I had an automated task "personalize your account". Any link within the task (setup timezone, etc) would take me to googelapps.insight.ly and asks for Google domain to log in.

I registered with office365 account, does that mean I can't do anything unless I'm Gsuite subscriber?

    Thanks

  • Hi Abdulrahman,

Not at all!  Unfortunately there was an error with the links in the setup tasks for some of our accounts.  If you're struggling to navigate through your account, reach out to our Support team and they'll be able to guide you through the system. :)
