Mobile app not syncing with contacts

I am constantly adding new contacts to Insightly while on my computer, but they're not syncing to the insightly app on my phone. I have manually synced the app and the contacts don't update. When I add tasks from my phone they always show up on my task feed, but contacts are still a mystery to me. I'm on a Galaxy S3-- Has anyone else experienced this?

    That is puzzling that tasks are updating on your phone but contacts aren't. Have you tried refreshing? We may have released a new version of the mobile app and it may not have automatically updated (I know turning Background App Refresh "on" to auto-update can consume battery life so many choose to have it turned off. If refreshing doesn't do the trick, please submit a ticket to Support.
