I am new to Insightly and need some clarification

Can we customise the home screen to display multiple things at once?

When we delete an email from the email tab will it still be attached to that client or must we keep them in that tab too?

Do we still need to check the GMail inbox or can we automatically get all emails sent to the Insightly inbox using forwarding feature on GMail?

Is there a way to add a due date and time to tasks without adding a reminder with the due time e.g. call Phil due on 5/5/14 at 11am?

    Welcome!

    - For the home screen, what items were you thinking about displaying at once?

    - When you delete an email in Insightly, it will no longer be attached to the client and will be permantly removed from contacts >> email

    - I'm afraid Insightly doesn't support automatic email forwarding.

    - When creating a task, there is no place to assign a task due time even though you can set a reminder time. But we're looking at improving Tasks so post your request in Product Feedback so other community members can comment and vote. Thanks, sallyann!

  • I would love to be able to see the emails and the calendar or tasks at the same time. It would be great to be able to display multiple modules.

  • Agree, I am also new to Insightly and would love to see a home screen "dashboard" - it might include a box for my tasks today, my calendar, my opportunities, more of a dashboard with boxes that could be drag and drop to customize.  Just an idea.

  • As far as forwarding sent emails to Insightly, we use BCC Me for Gmail and set up the BCC to go to our Insightly account. That way, every email we send gets saved to their contact in Insightly. I hope that helps! I put the link to the app below.
