More key information in Insightly notification emails for Followed items
I automatically Follow any Insightly item I post to or update which results in a large number of Insightly notifications that are generated when those Followed items are updated by someone else.
It would be extremely helpful if these emails had more descriptive Subject content so it's easy to tell Who updated it for example. This causes these email notifications to be more spam than actionable:
- I get these notifications even for my own post, Insightly should be smart enough not to generate an Followed item update if I'm the one doing the posting in the first place!
- using the Email update example below it's impossible to tell who made the update which would be key in determining if I should click through to see the actual update
- it would be great to include the Opportunity 'name' in the Subject line so it's easy to see which Opportunity, or other Insightly 'object' (Company, Email, Note, etc...) was actually updated
As it stands now I have to really think hard about what the Insightly Followed item notification refers to and whether it's the result of my own update or not!
